UV Pastel Pallet

PALLET INCLUDES: 8 neon liners. (8g each color) "Bubblegum" "Cupcake "Banana Cake" "Sour Apple" "Cotton Candy" "Peachy Cream" "Blu" “Blanco”

This is a water active formula, just add a small amount of water and create! The liner formula is smudge proof, great for creating sharp lines, dries to a smooth matte finish and does not transfer. You can mix colors and create your own unique shade, they are UV reactive and glow under UV lamp/backlight.

APPLY by activating the liner with a wet brush until water is fully mixed with the product. After application, allow the liner to fully dry on both your skin and the jar before storing it away. 
REMOVE with a make up wipe or a cotton ball with makeup remover.
