Order Status

In many cases the carrier will have delayed tracking updates, approximately 24-48 hours from the original scan of your shipment. If you have received a tracking number without movement beyond the 48 hour window, Please contact your local USPS office and provide them with the tracking number, as they will have more access and detailed information regarding your package.

High order volume could lead to delays in shipments during the Holidays. If you do not get a shipping confirmation email after five business days of placing an order, please reach out to us at hello@linluxcollection.com. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
 

If you would like to cancel your order, you can contact us at hello@linluxcollection.com within 1 hour of order placement to cancel your order. If order is already shipped out you will be responsible to ship it back, once we receive it the refund process will procced.

All orders will be processed upon received, please allow up to 1-3 business days for processing and shipping. This estimated time does not include holidays and/or non-business days.

Shipping costs may increase due to weight, postal code and shipping method selected at checkout.

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, Shop pay, Sezzle, Klarna, Zip and After Pay

How do your interest free payment plans work?

  • We offer Sezzle, Klarna, Zip and After Pay, which where you can split your purchase into 4 payments. 
  • Choose your payment provider as your payment method at checkout for orders over $35. No long forms or credit checks required, just instant approval.
  • Checkout using a credit or debit card. The first 25% of your order total is charged at the time of purchase.
  • Pay the rest in equal installments billed automatically as you choose 

Returns & Refunds

We will replace any defective items and make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. Unlike 99% of beauty companies we are proud to say that we will refund you, your money back if you are not 100% happy within 14 days. (YES, EVEN IF YOU USE OUR PRODUCTS) (shipping cost non-refundable)

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Log in to your account: https://shopify.com/25615040621/account

    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

    2. Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email and then enter the six-digit verification code.

    3. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

    4. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

    5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

    6. Click Request return. 

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a pre-paid return shipping label. After the product is returned, you'll receive a refund.

 

Do you resell the returned products even if we use them?

  • We assure you that we do NOT resell returned items for sanitary reasons to keep everyone safe. It's in our policy you must return the items in order to get an exchange or refund to keep our customers happy, hence why we offer free returns, we cover the return shipping label for you.

Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING POLICY:

INCORRECT SHIPMENTS:

-We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly, lost, or stolen due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. (Not eligible for refund) If we receive a return package due to an incorrect address the customer is responsible for re-delivery fee of the package/ or get a refund for their order (shipping label is nonrefundable)

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES:

- We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages delivered by USPS once they leave our warehouse, if your tracking number shows delivered but you have not received your package please contact your local USPS. (Not eligible for refund)

Most orders ship out of our warehouse within 24-48 business hours. Standard domestic shipping takes about 2-7 business days for package delivery.

International Shipping:

Yes we ship WORLDWIDE! Please check the rates as they are calculated at checkout based on country!

Our warehouse will be closed on the following dates:

Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 days processing time for your order to ship

Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping

Time in transit depends on the shipping method selected. Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. Lin Lux Collection is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

United States Postal Service (USPS)

USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS.

** Please note that all orders showing delivered status by the courier will be ineligible for a refund. **
