Doll Me Up

I placed my order at the end of October/early November and paid extra for expedited handling and fast shipping. Unfortunately, I never received any updates about my order. I tried reaching out multiple times, I even submitted a form through the website, and I still haven’t heard back. If there had been open communication, I would have been more understanding.

After seeing others experiencing similar issues, I requested a refund several times through different contact emails from the business, but nothing came of it. Frustratingly, the day after I contacted my bank to dispute the charges due to the lack of updates, they finally decided to ship my order—even after I had sent multiple emails requesting updates, follow-ups, and cancellation.

It took about a month to receive my order, despite paying extra for fast shipping. I used to be a loyal supporter of this small business, and I understand that mistakes can happen, but please establish a dedicated support email and maintain open communication so customers don’t feel scammed.
